Tuition Reminders

Zona will send monthly tuition reminders to members with active e-mail addresses. If you do not have e-mail or do not update our records with a current e-mail address, you will not receive a tuition reminder. If you are not receiving a monthly tuition reminder, please e-mail us to ensure that we have a correct address for your account.

Fundraised Credits

Credit earned through fundraising will be automatically credited to your account when Zona receives the funds. Tuition reminders will show the total amount owed for the season and the amount owed for the current billing cycle. Account credits, if applicable, will be noted in the account balance.

Due Dates

Tuition payments are expected by the dates listed in your season contract, regardless of whether you receive a reminder or not. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account is kept up to date. All payments must be either turned in at practice to Michelle or A.J. or postmarked by the date listed. Payments received or postmarked after the due date will be assessed a $10 late fee.

If you have special circumstances and need to make alternate payment arrangements, please speak to Michelle Malis. Communication is the key to good business relationships.

Types of Payments Accepted

Zona accepts checks, money orders, cash, and credit (VISA, Mastercard, and American Express) for tuition payments.

Checks and Money Orders should be written to Zona Volleyball Club with the athlete's name and team number in the memo section.

Cash payments should be handed to either Michelle or A.J. in a sealed envelope labeled with the athlete's name and team number. Do not mail cash payments.

Credit Card payments can be made online through Sport Dues (see links below under MAKING A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT). VISA, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards are accepted. Tuition paid online will show up as a debit by SportsDues on your credit card statement.

Tuition can be paid at practice or by mail. Either Michelle or A.J. will be available at the beginning of each practice session to collect payments. Team coaches will not accept tuition payments.

Make a Credit Card Payment

Below are the common monthly payment amounts for our teams. You do not need to create an account through Sports Dues in order to make a credit card payment. To make a payment in one of the amounts below, just click on the link and fill in the online form with your payment information.

If you would like to make a payment for an amount that is not listed below, please contact Michelle. She will create a link for the specific amount that you want and email you the link. Once you receive the link, you just need to click on the link and fill the online form. You do not need to create an account with Sports Dues.
